All returned items must be returned to us in original box. A re-stocking fee of up to 25% may apply to items returned without the original box. Any warranty items returned to us will be either repaired or replaced within the 1 year of sold date. If you open a return request because of ‘buyer cancellation, don’t need anymore’, units need to be delivered with the same condition. If not, a restocking fee may apply. Our warranty does not apply for customer errors during the configuration and installation, accident after the product has been delivered, altering and modifying.
